Return & Withdrawal Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving them, in accordance with EU and Greek consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU and Law 2251/1994).
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the products, without giving any reason.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

You must include proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned item.
Exceptions to Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of products:

Items cut to order, including leather that has been trimmed to specific dimensions or custom shapes requested by the customer.

Small leather pieces or random scrap leather, which are considered non-standard, non-returnable products due to their unpredictable nature.

Mystery Bundles that contain randomly selected leather or materials. These items are sold as surprise packs and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after receipt.
These items are excluded in accordance with Article 3ib of Law 2251/1994, which allows exceptions for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

To initiate a return, please contact us by email or phone with your order number and we will guide you through the process.
Note: This return policy applies only to consumer purchases. Different terms apply for B2B (business-to-business) orders, in accordance with commercial and tax law.
